Michele A. Chapnick


Michele A. Chapnick is a shareholder in Gregory and Meyer, P.C. and has concentrated on first-party property and liability insurance coverage litigation, arson and fraud claims, complex subrogation and general civil litigation since 1993. Ms. Chapnick has represented insurers in property, general liability and professional liability coverage disputes throughout the country and has litigated and tried multi-million dollar cases. She was the author of the Michigan Chapter on the Uniform Trade Practices Act for the Defense Research Institute in 2007. Ms. Chapnick has lectured on topics including claims and subrogation issues for organizations such as the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators and the Property Loss Research Bureau.
