Corinne F. Shoop is an associate with Gregory and Meyer, P.C. Ms. Shoop has focused on insurance defense and civil litigation since 1985. Ms. Shoop’s areas of litigation experience include personal injury defense, products liability, employment, construction, No-Fault and probate. She has successfully handled numerous trials in courts throughout Michigan, including multi-million dollar damages claims and exposures. In addition to regularly serving as a defense case evaluator at the Wayne County Meditation Tribunal, Ms. Shoop has presented educational seminars on a variety of casualty topics including No-Fault, personal injury and medical provider fraud, third-party claims management and defense, settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods. Ms. Shoop is Co-Author with Frank Ortiz: “Applicability of Michigan’s Comparative – Fault Statues to Probate Litigation”, Michigan Bar Journal, 2011.
